-Accountability for business planning and improving the performance of the business from a strategic and operational perspective
-Responsibility for the management of the finance team so that they deliver accurate and effective reporting to IFRS standarads
-Developing a high performing team as a true leader and working as a key stakeholder in the regional leadership team
المهارات
-A qualified finance professional to Masters Degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualification
More than 5 years experience post qualification in a multinational company in a finance leadership position
-Strong leadership skills and a passion for people
-Excellent stakeholder management skills along with outstanding communication and influencing skills
