Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the groups of company headquartered in Singapore & logistics division based in UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Imports Sales Executive – Logistics to be based in Dubai, UAE.
An ideal candidate will be a person having strong commercial, market & customer understanding. Must have an eager to develop new biz and promote our client among current and future customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Import Sales in the United Arab Emirates focused on Auto Parts or Pharma segment
• Identify markets/opportunities on exports, communicate and initiate action on market development (opportunities & threats);
• Effectively present our client’s product offering to our existing & future customer base;
• Maintain high level of communication / co-operation for all sales activities, internally and externally to meet customer’s requirements and company goals;
• Engage Customer Service, Documentation, Operations, Finance and other customer facing departments to provide a good customer experience;
• React promptly to sales leads received from overseas offices;
• Negotiate rates/contract with pricing desks;
• Anticipate problems and implement effective solution;
• Plan sales visits and follow guidelines to meet/exceed volume, revenue, yield targets
• Follow up closely on volumes and commitments of each customer;
• Develop new customers in the region;
• Ensure maximum utilizations on all vessels (round trip);
• Maintain and grow customer base/business – manage client performance;
• Increase market share promoting our client to the market in line with the revenue and rate guidelines.

المهارات
• Bachelors degree in Management / Logistics
• Minimum 3 years in Shipping/Air Cargo business;
• Must have prior experience in handling autoparts/pharma import sales activity
• Valid UAE driving license will be preferred
