-Participating in the development and implementation of the BU strategy, business plan and ensuring that relevant goals and objectives are incorporated.
-Developing the existing financial policies and procedures, using your commercial acumen to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate them to senior management.
-Overseeing the financial analysis within the finance function to support business decisions, analyzing their financial impact and presenting key findings to senior management
-Ensuring the timely preparation and communication of periodic financial reports to senior management based on the guidelines defined
-Supporting senior management with the evaluation of new business development initiatives and managing the working capital structure
المهارات
-Be a qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
-Have a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience, at least 5 years’ in a senior managerial role
-Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
-Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to think outside the box and identify areas for improvement
