Information Security Program Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
-Coordinate customer focused activities to ensure successful implementation
-Provide technical and operational guidance
-Build and implement effective simulated phishing programs
-Develop anti-phishing content including email messages, educational materials, and other related material
-Develop custom reports tailored to customer needs and requests

-Travel to client sites to ensure excellent customer relationship

المهارات
-Intermediate knowledge of spear phishing and the risk it presents to large enterprises
-Strong verbal and written communications skills
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-Process and Program Management skills
-The ability to prepare for and present to customers
-Basic understanding of messaging, SMTP and email products
-Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Education and/or Experience:
*2+ years supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or customer support capacity
*CISSP, Security + or PMP certification is preferred
Information Security and Program Management experience preferred
