الوصف الوظيفي
As the Group Head of Reward and Performance, you will be responsible for redesigning the grading structure, job levelling and mapping right across the Group – with the underpinning and differentiated salary structures.
You will review the overall reward strategy and positioning, this will include differentiation in terms of variable pay and non-monetary aspects of reward.
The role will be very centralized and ‘control focused’ as well as developing in the first 18 months. You will take ownership for the Performance Framework and and its subsequent link to rewards, and there is also the possibility payroll may sit within this role for the interim. Over time, some of the more operational workload will be lost.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence real change to the overall reward strategy, this requires a passionate and driven individual, with a good sense of humor!
You will preferably have worked in a consultancy environment, and more recently moved into industry in a diversified Group. (A privately owned group would be beneficial)
You will possess ‘pure and technical’ thinking with the ability to think in a dynamic and conceptual way – differentiation, creative ways to drive performance etc.
A strong senior stakeholder, who is willing to influence and push back if needed and have stature in terms of experience.
