-Develop and execute integrated communication plans that are aligned with the business and marketing strategy to deliver on business and marketing objectives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales
-Create and write campaign briefs to develop photography, videography and digital assets to be used across campaigns
-Work with agency partners on managing and developing the content for our social media channels including posting copy and content when required
-Support the development of media/channel strategy and creative execution of world-class insight-based advertising across multiple touch points such as digital display/video, paid social, paid search, outdoor, print, radio and ambient ensuring integration with overall brand positioning, brand guidelines and messaging strategy
-Work with agency partners, distribution channel marketing, product, operations, I.T, legal and compliance and procurement teams to work toward campaign and event timelines
-Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance metrics, using internal and external measurement tools and resources to analyze, track and optimize campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve experience and performance
-Preparation of presentations for partner meetings and implement various strategies to integrate various marketing procedures and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to establish various best practice processes
-Manage the production schedule and traffic of work across our in house designer and external agency resources to ensure work is allocated efficiently in order to meet the deadlines and timelines that have been committed to the business and distribution channel partners
-Collaborate with cross functional teams, product, distribution channel, sales, operations and IT to ensure alignment, integration and consistent brand voice and message across all media channels
-Ensure marketing communications are compliant with global brand guidelines and to seek required brand and marketing approvals with Global Brand and Marketing.
المهارات
-At least 5-7 years of experience as a marketing campaign manager, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry
-5-7 years digital marketing experience and development of digital marketing campaigns either within an agency or client
-Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and with external agencies
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
-Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Excellent planning and organizational skills
-Undergraduate degree required in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
