Senior Manager - Partnerships

The purpose of the role of the Senior Manager - Partnerships is to lead partner servicing; maximize opportunities for Expo 2020, partners and other stakeholders; support development of partners’ activations plans; track and ensure contractual requirements are met.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Fulfil and manage all contractual obligations to partner;
- Work extensively with partner sales team to ensure partner contract compliance;
- Develop and maintain partner relationships;
- Support partners in the development of activation plans;
- Oversee servicing for all partners including the coordination and fulfillment of all rights and benefits, onsite activation and assistance with partners’ needs across all activities and events;
- Liaise with other business functions to ensure excellent delivery of partner services as well as rights and benefits;
- Support sales team;
- Upsell of additional products and services;
- Provide solutions to escalated partner issues;
- Support development and implementation of partner servicing portal – an online portal for partners for information, requests and approvals;
- Support implementation of CRM tool for partner management;
- Support the fulfilment of partner activation plans;
- Reporting and accounting of fulfillment of partner rights and benefits for both internal and external needs;
- Assist with the set up, hiring and day-to-day management of account teams;

المهارات
7 + years of relevant experience as well as:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Strong written and oral communications skills;
- Proficiency in MS office software;
- Large event experience with specific experience on sponsorship activation strategy and planning;
- Client servicing and management experience;
- Account team management experience;
- Experience with supervising and leading an account team;
