الوصف الوظيفي
1. Responsible for developing roadmap, business plans and marketing strategies to launch products/services and campaigns related to Business Devices propositions for Enterprise and SMB’s.
2. Rollout of effective and competitive Business Device products including Mobiles, Tablets, PCs, Laptops Printers etc, services & solutions for Business Customers
3. Understanding the current need of customers and introduce new solutions depending upon the business need.
4. Provide support to Sales and engage with vendors to offer an effective solution
5. Define contractual and service level agreements with third party vendors, and managing contracts throughout the lifecycle
6. Operate in conjunction with Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and technical teams to understand market and customer needs and to ensure product suitability.
7. Provide support to sales and pre-sales teams on an as-needed basis.
8. Oversee the coordination with Customer Intelligence, Marketing Communications, Product Development and Sales.
9. Interacts, coordinates and cooperates with Product Development to assess technical feasibility and operating & development cost to ensure smooth technical launch and to improve product offerings in the market.
10. Manage the resources in team by contributing to recruitment, facilitating training, assessing performance and timely counseling.
11. Contribute to finalization of road maps for Business Devices Product Marketing
12. Oversee signing-off of business cases of new initiatives
13. Investigates new products and help Define product strategy for Business Devices
14. Present results to internal customers in ways which can generate actionable recommendations
15. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
16. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
