• Adopt Project Management policies and methodologies to handle and coordinate Information Technology projects from initial analysis and design through to implementation and user acceptance.
• Coordinate and Monitor all IT projects’ related matters including Planning & Scheduling Project Status Meetings, Reporting Project Status to IT Project management; Updating Project Schedules to reflect current project status; Reviewing and ensuring the Quality of Project Deliverables; Overview of Budgets and Expenditure;
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Coordinate and work closely with all project stakeholders (Business users, Vendors & Upper Management) and publish statuses.
• Handle IT ServiceDesk for SAP applications (Incidents, Problems & Changes)
• Coordinate & track vendor payments & acquire business approvals.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to develop accurate and realistic business requirements
• Supports the development of the required assessment and scoping documentation ensuring the content is robust and can form a sound basis for project approval.
• Responsible for creating accurate and detailed analysis of defined criteria and produce draft documentation that meets established standards.
• Responsible for preparing presentation for the change requests and present it to Change Advisory Board (CAB) for acquiring necessary approvals.
• Work closely with vendor to implement the approved change requests with in the approved cost, time and quality.
• Manages the vendor relationship to ensure project requirements are understood, ongoing service levels maintained, and achievement of timely results in accordance with the defined project standards and contractual agreement.
• Contribution to the evaluation and selection of appropriate vendors who can deliver services to support defined aspects of projects.
• Track the budget distribution for program / project and standalone/unrelated projects and costs and expenditures (linked to the resources time sheets and the invoices) in order to manage the budget performance and re-allocation.
• Involve in the testing phase of assigned projects by developing defined aspects of the test plan which can involve aligning with business users to determine which elements of the business process need to be validated.
• Leads the execution of assigned testing, monitoring progress to ensure any issues encountered are prioritized and resolved.
• Working as first point of contact for all support for various modules of SAP; including the calls from users who are experiencing service interruptions/outages which may be critical to business continuity.
• Analysis of all the service desk tickets received and assigning to concerned functional/technical consultants and SMEs. Perform continuous tracking for closure.
• Performs in depth analysis of departmental reports by focusing mainly on the identification of trends/impact, problems with new releases and prepares explanation and recommendations for formal review.
• Periodic reporting and presentation of all the analysis and status of the issues, problems & changes received and resolved through the Manage Engine Service Desk Tool.

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination & PMO
• Minimum 8 years IT experience covering requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organizations.
• Experience in Software implementation at least one full cycle experience.
• Experience in FMCG sector is preferred
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and able to translate and document business requirements
• Proven project documentation capabilities
• Experience in the SDLC delivery method
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills
