الوصف الوظيفي
* Promote good dietary health by creating eating plans for clients/establishments based on the science of nutrition in coordination with concerned departments.
*Creating and maintaining database of nutritional facts for menus.
*Preparation of buffet tags.
المهارات
*At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience in catering in clinical and school setting an added advantage.
*Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, food and Nutrition, Food Service System Management, Clinical Nutrition or related discipline.
*Must have a good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety & health practices of UAE.
*HACCP Certification is an added advantage.
