Manager - Creative Reality

The purpose of this role is to manage, enhance, and maintain the business applications services that support Expo2020 before, during, and post the event.
The Manager Creative Reality will be responsible for maintaining and implementing a variety of projects that are defined in the IFT Master Plan. This includes, but is not limited to, defining and implementing technology infrastructure, systems, and services as well as providing operations support; preparing and executing technology testing and operational readiness phases; and coordinating with partners, suppliers and other EXPO2020 departments and initiatives in alignment with the requirements and planning of Expo 2020 Dubai.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Strengthen the Creative Reality Unit’s overall planning and analysis capabilities by tracking, monitoring and reporting project data regularly;
- Comfortable in project planning and management: devising plans and timelines against projects and supporting delivery of them;
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of applications from internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis;
- Manage and review stakeholder engagement;
- Manage projects, operations, budgets and resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget;
- Build and maintain professional and technical knowledge relevant to business engagement;
- Coordinate with other departments as per Expo 2020’s policy (e.g. procurement, finance, compliance, HR);
- Work within the team responsibly and proficiently alongside leading elements of the team.
المهارات
6+ years of relevant experience, as well as:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills;
- Self-starter with ability to manage and drive projects;
- Passionate thinker with a desire and drive to implement impactful programs;
- Strong time keeping and business support skills;
- Fluency in English.
