Participate in team planning sessions activities for each department
Participate in feedback sessions with the supervisors/managers (team and individual level) to monitor performance vis-à-vis the team’s SMART goals
Identify key areas that require focus in terms of opportunities for development
Evaluate and implement training requests as suggested by the Department Heads.
Propose schedule and loading for the month in coordination
with Group Development and Training Manager and Department Heads.
Plan and prepare a continuing training program for all
Implement training programs for personal and professional
Development
Design and develop needs-based modules from scratch
Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and assess their performance while in the training program
Supervise class participants in specific courses, including assessing skills and knowledge, monitoring attendance and making recommendations to management
Create and deliver knowledge assessments to test employee
retention and application
Provide feedback to management to ensure training offered meets business needs
Submit Weekly/Monthly Activities Report to document training and project Work
