ROLE PURPOSE:
- To develop strategies and execute plans to develop talent by ensuring there is a robust performance management system and an effective learning and development framework for the Group and its subsidiaries and associate companies.
- Providing guidance and counselling on performance management initiatives and developing, coordinating, and implementing workforce development and succession planning programs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performance Management KPI’s
- Establish Corporate and linked Departmental scorecards with key metrics and competencies for each role within the organisation.
Performance Management System
- Drive and manage the development and implementation of company wide performance management systems by conducting regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops across all levels of employees.
Learning & Development Strategy
- Liaise and support the HR to draw up an executable Learning and Development strategy embedding the latest in e-learning strategy in alignment with the Group HR Strategy by developing and executing learning and development plans in blended learning format (classroom and e-learning)
Training Needs Analysis & Training Calendar
- Analyse the Performance Management findings and coordinate with the Heads of Business Unit and Departments to draw up a detailed function and behavioral training calendar with proper timelines.
E-Learning Implementation and Administration
- Technically evaluate the best e-Learning platform to deliver GNE’s training content and implement the Learning management system (LMS) in coordination with external vendors
- Integrate the LMS in a structured manner with the HRMS to ensure connection.
Vendor Development and Program Management
- Identify and Collaborate with custom content development companies to develop effective e-Learning content.
- Manage the process of implementing Learning Management Software by directing, monitoring and controlling the implementation project within approved budgets, timeline and functionalities.
Program and Content Creation and LMS administration
- Develop e-Learning content in line with SCORM, AICC; TIN CAN standards to deliver effective e-learning content within stipulated budgets and timeline.
- Creating and designing blended learning modules based on skill gap analysis
- Ensure proper configuration of LMS with user information and timely upload of e-learning content onto the LMS.
Training Delivery and User Training
- Deliver generic soft skills training to participant in a classroom format
- Ensure properly delivery of orientation and induction training for new joiner’s and employees going through reorientation
Assessment of training effectiveness
- Skilled in creating simulations that are added in the course material as a part of a module, checkpoint or assessment
- Apply proven methodology of training effectiveness assessment to ascertain the efficacy of the training being delivered.
