Job Description and Requirements
Digital
Drive the strategy and execution for all business entities across multiple digital channels, SEM, Paid SM, advertising, email, etc.
Report and analyse results on a regular basis, using these learnings to improve overall campaign performance
Aid in strategizing online creative concepts – copy, banners and other media opportunities
Successfully implement brand strategy across digital touchpoints with a focus on engaging and activating the target audiences through the creation of assets, ideas and UX
Monitor and report on digital performance for all campaigns and tactics
Social Media
Lead the overall social media strategy by ensuring buy-in from ‘Heads of’ departments, listening to, and feeding back on their input
Production and ownership of a customer facing social media strategy using customer research and knowledge to ensure the most effective channels and messaging
Drive engagement in the social media strategy by setting and communicating a clear vision
Encourage new and lapsed customers to reappraise the brand through changing perceptions via the social media strategy and increase loyalty within the database
Plan and deliver a social media strategy that will deliver the maximum commercial return for the business in terms of reach, engagement, consideration, footfall and event participation
Management of social media budget including ROI
Constant competitor analysis and identification to drive the business and brand agenda
Constantly monitor social media for any potential crisis management situations that could arise – work with PR manager to minimize commercial impact of these situations
Work with customer services to develop a social media customer service process which fits with the overall brand and social media strategies
Database management and CRM

Skills, experience and knowledge
Demonstrable experience of managing multiple digital/online projects and successful project delivery
Deep understanding of online technology and emerging digital trends
Proven experience of producing engaging online content
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and motivate others both internally and externally
Experience of working with a range of external agencies
Excellent writing skills
Experience of overseeing video or multimedia production and hands-on content creation experience
Successful track record of managing and developing digital platforms to engage new audiences
Delivered public-facing digital products within brand guidelines
Experience of managing production teams that create original and engaging online content
Experience of people management and ability to deliver operational requirements of a given function
