Associate - Workforce Services

الوصف الوظيفي
The Associate – Workforce Services is responsible for assisting with the processing and maintenance of all Workforce in the Workforce Management System. This role plays an essential part in each step of the Volunteer Journey and the scheduling and rostering of the Event Workforce; with over 30,000 Workforce (mostly Volunteers).
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Help ensure all Workforce journey processes and policies are followed by Functional Areas;
- Assist with the streamlining of workforce processes in an efficient manner, to deliver an exceptional experience for every workforce member;
- Work alongside with the Volunteer, Training, Uniforms and Workforce Planning and Operations teams to help ensure policies, procedures, timeframes, are adhered to and support the gathering of information;
- Play a role in the building and publishing of Training and Uniform invites;
- Contribute to the testing and maintenance of information in the Assignments and Scheduling system and completing large volumes of data entry;
- Management of high volumes of data input;
- Work closely with Workforce Systems to assist with the testing and implementation of all phases in the Workforce Journey;
- Ensure integrity of the database at all times.
المهارات
2 + years of relevant experience as well as;
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
- Capable in learning and utilizing IT systems to effectively manage data;
- Team player with good “people” skills;
- Flexible and resilient, ability to perform in a “fluid” environment;
- Positive attitude and eager to contribute to the success of Expo 2020.
