Assistant Manager – Technology Support

The role of an Assistant Manager - Technology Support would require an experience of monitoring and managing systems and application related services, with a level of knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity best practices and controls.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Monitor and be actively involved in the Expo systems management process, including Server and endpoints infrastructure, main infrastructure services and critical applications;
- Assistance to other teams will be provided as needed with clear instructions on how to resolve issues and optimize services;
- Weekly and monthly reports will be provided to ensure all critical services are operating without major issues;
- To assist relevant teams with more complex tasks and processes;
- Ensuring all systems and applications in scope are properly administered and maintained;
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical services in scope, timely detect issues as ensure remediation;
- Monitoring of other team activity related to cybersecurity and assisting to achieve audit results compliance.
المهارات
4+ years of experience performing systems management in mid or enterprise sized environment, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineeringcomputer sciences or related disciplines;
- Experience with critical infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS);
- Experience with Microsoft products and services (Microsoft AD/GPO, Exchange, SCCM);
- Experience with hypervisor based solutions (VMWare, Hyper-V);
- Experience in system cybersecurity tools (e.g. antivirus);
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Experience in vendor management.
