eCommerce Manager, Entrepreneurial and Startup-savvy

We are looking for a competitive eCommerce Manager to lead a freelancing services startup (online marketplace startup). The candidate must be highly qualified in the following:
- managing an online freelancing startup towards achieving agreed milestones
- ability to define strategies, plan and execute
- good understanding of accounting practices
- able to direct the definition of marketing strategies and plans, monitor the execution and refine the plans accordingly
- strong understanding of web development and ability to manage and direct SW development vendors
- ability to manage and direct other staff towards achieving their objectives
- has advanced project management skills
The candidate must demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, self dependence, strong communication skills, Arabic/English speaker and strong management abilities.
