IT Infrastructure Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
-Monitor and manage the day-to-day running of Infrastructure platform and vendors ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met and prompt resolution of any issues that occur.
- Evaluate and enhance IT Infrastructure to meet the growing and/or changing business requirements while ensuring investments meet business needs.
- Implement a robust Event Management and Business Service Availability monitoring frameworks, to report service availability in real time and aggregate it on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Evaluate and recommend to IT management a selection of solutions and services which will support vision and objectives and prepare business cases for implementation of new tools or initiate new Infrastructure projects.
- Project Manage all Infrastructure projects, adhering to ‘s PMO directions and ensuring on-time, on-schedule, on-budget deliveries including appropriate Risk Management and Governance practices.
-Mentor, develop and coach the Infrastructure team
-Establish a productive Vendor Relationships model, ensuring gets the best value for money and a service aligned to SLA and Quality (including monthly vendor SLA review and Service Credits calculations)
-Develop, publish and maintain IT Infrastructure design documents and operating manuals.
- Develop and maintain capacity planning procedures and processes to proactively meet business requirements and expected growth.
- Take ownership of Service Continuity, including Disaster Recovery Plan and DR Drill execution and result documentation
-Take ownership of Backup Management, including daily backup reports, mitigation of risks and prompt resolution of issues that arise
- Develop, publish and maintain and IT service catalogue of all of Services offered by the IT Infra am.
-Ensure that all changes in-Infrastructure follow approved change management processes.
المهارات
-Bachelor/Post-Grad Degree in computer Science or information technology with minimum work experience of 8-10 with some of that time in a leadership/management capacity.
-Proven experience operating as an IT Infrastructure Professional at different roles throughout the career.
-Possess strong communication and influencing skills.
-Working experience of managing an IT Infrastructure function where some or all of it is out-sourced and using an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model.
-Working experience as team lead / manager in an environment where Infrastructure services are managed, measured and monitored with strict SLAs and KPIs.
- Working knowledge of Systems Administration, Data Base Management, Network management, etc.
- Understanding of trends in the industry and be able to recommend strategic direction on
