الوصف الوظيفي Assist in analyzing, reviewing and evaluating the technical and financial proposals submitted by the consultancy firms with regard to interior design Execute projects according to plan and budget, explicitly minimizing and mitigating project risks. Review and evaluate work plan documents, drawings and approve deliverables at each work stage. Set project schedules for the end to end project management. Keep up to date about the knowledge of different materials, suppliers, fit out companies etc. Analyse and select appropriate materials to deliver a project that meet internal guidelines on design and within the assigned budget. Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape, upcoming trends, and innovative concepts and ensure the team is updated with the same. Consult with architects, quantity surveyors and engineers as and when required. Manage priorities with dependents, delivery organizations and stakeholders. Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional growth Prepare periodic Project reports and submit them to the Head of Building Design, highlighting status updates. Perform any other related activity as directed by the line manager. المهارات 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role Desired Skills: Knowledge of autoCAD and 3 D Max Thorough knowledge of building codes Conceptual Skills Good drawing and IT skills Good organizational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget Awareness of technical building issues, and the range of relevant products and materials Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-discipline.
