IT Business Analyst

Quest Search and Selection is working with a global commercial brand who is looking for an IT Business Analyst to be part of their dynamic team in Dubai.

As an IT Business Analyst your tasks will include:

* Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure smooth operations workflow
* Attend to and troubleshoot technical issues/ escalations raised
* Maintain and monitor transactions record, ensure that all data input is correct
* Support, monitor, and give recommendations to augment assigned systems, environment, WLAN/LAN, connectivity, firewalls, servers, anti-virus, etc.
* Conduct regular security checks and gather feedback
* Always comply and adhere to the organization’s IT Policies
* Submit monthly reports or as needed

Desirable skills and background:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
* At least 10 years of relevant experience
* Comfortable in a multitasking environment and can prioritize tasks based on necessity
* Presentable, with good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Good analytical skills and keen attention to details
* Technologies: MS Dynamics, Office 365, SQL Server 2014, MS Server 2016/2012, NAS, Active Directory, Power BI
* Certifications: Dynamics 365, AX, IT/ ERP Systems
* Skills: Anti-virus set up and configuration, firewall setup and configuration, network set-up, support maintenance
