What you will do
The Service Director – Service & Maintenance is a key role, reporting to the GM Fire & Security of Middle East and Africa region. You will be based in UAE and will be part of service and maintenance team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. The team focuses on Selling Service and Maintenance Contracts for Fire and Security Systems and solutions.

You will be focused on managing & developing the Sales Team and supporting them building & enhancing relations with existing customers and adding new business across the region to deliver the sales for Fire & Security systems and solutions.
You will be managing the sales teams for the service and maintenance in the whole of the UAE, Qatar, Oman and establish the new territories within MEA region. You will lead sales initiative, create regional sales strategies and proactively facilitates the sharing of insight (market, customer, industry) with sales team to enable the delivery of business plans.

How you will do
As a Service Director you will use your strategic expertise and knowledge of Fire & Security systems and solutions to drive the sales team to improve relations with the existing customers and create new business to improve and assure the results, making periodical visits to dealers and service portfolio to increase sales and service quality. You will ensure the customer satisfaction with the sales team and support when needed. You will articulate market information (market prices, volume, growth, competitor actions etc.) and propose a growth action plan for each team in the territory to executive management.

You will be Overseeing all operational activities for the organization, Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress, evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements, Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness. What we look for

Required
* Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical & Electronics engineering as applicable
* 10 years minimum experience in Service & Maintenance business for Fire & Security systems and solutions.
* Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in senior Operations role and 2-3 years in Senior Sales role in similar industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales target for Service & Maintenance business for Fire & Security portfolio.
* Proven track record of leading and managing Sales & Operations teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate complex business ideas.
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent language skills in English
* Able to travel a minimum 50% of the time
* Strong presentation and ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants and owners
* Independent, innovation, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure
