Job Description and Requirements
General Summary of Position

To monitor the day to day activities of his respective production line set by the Production Manager, and see to it that the production plan is set and production schedule is achieved on time.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors day to day production activities of the respective production line and ensure that the target date of completion of the production is achieve, as per ISO procedures, and maintaining records of all production transactions.
Directs and coordinates manufacturing process in his production line, and with the staff, workers, Engineering Department and Production Manager.
Impalement approved production plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities while continually building and maintaining profitability.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service for all production related products.
Establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and other related departments
Monitors and maintains the production equipment to avoid severe breakdown during the operation
Recommends new production processes in order to speed up the production schedule in consideration with budget, manpower and equipment aspects and the fire pump Assembly, Testing, Cabinet Assembly, Fire door Assembly, Hose reel Assembly and Extinguisher Assembly
Maintain the documents as per ISO procedure
Monitor all the works on the floor and arrange the Job card and daily finish report
Allocate and transact Move orders in the JP Oman System/ Supervise the storage system in the Oman Factory
Coordinate with the UAE team for the materials delivery requirement Coordinate with the logistic team for the shipping documents
Monitor all the stock of both raw and finish goods production
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous work Experience in Production Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Expect in MS office package
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent leaderships skills
knowledge of ISO documentation is mandatory
