الوصف الوظيفي We offer you a unique opportunity to use your experience to coordinate the storing and shipping of right products at the right place and at right time. Ensuring smooth functioning of shipping operations, you will work towards achieving safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency in warehouse operations. Mastering every detail of the shipping processes across borders and businesses, you contribute to delivering to the highest standards. You will always look for optimizing the shipping process and strive for high quality delivery and earn customer loyalty. You will be: Coordinating transportation services with 3PL, Danfoss factory and cross trade shipments, Local custom clearance knowledge and Preparation of Inbound and outbound custom documents Delivering data and analysis for logistic services suppliers’ performance Coordinating with 3PL & freight forwarders to monitor Incoming shipments and receive shipments in time with Warehouse for booking of stock and handle outbound shipping documents & coordinate with customers Executing performance review process with Freight Forwarders & 3PL Analyzing and suggesting improvements in respect to transit time and cost Ensuring Smooth warehouse operations and coordination with internal and external customers المهارات To be considered as a good fit candidate for this position, you need to hold at least Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty; background within Supply Chain – Logistics Management is preferred. We also expect good English knowledge, self-drive, good communication skills, being adaptive and well organized.
