The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base. Assist Imdad customers & improve their business performance Sustain Imdad business growth and profitability by demonstrating imdad added value services Analyze customer data to improve customer relation Hold product demonstrations for customers Improve onboarding processes Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure Mediate between clients and Imdad Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints. Minimize customer frustration Aid in medical solutions marketing Report to imdad management KPIs, Achievement & Results reports المهارات Minimum of 10 years of Customer Service experience; of which, 5 years in a managerial role. Highly organized and able to multi-task. Self-driven and proactive nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate leadership qualities.
