الوصف الوظيفي Dealing with annual maintenance contracts. Establishing new, and maintaining existing customers/clients through various sales techniques. Calculating and analyzing client and project’s cost and sales. Negotiating tender and contract terms. Recording and maintaining client contact data. Closing sales agreements. Managing client’s accounts. Handling post sales requirements by the customers. Meeting regular sales target. Preparing reports for managements use. Liaise with other members of the sales and technical team. المهارات Proven good track record of sales targets in previous positions. To be well versed in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems. Good sales experience and knowledge. Good communication skills. Good Time Management. Ability to work with little to no supervision. Civil defense engineering card is preferred.
