Overview:
Our client is a large Construction Multi-National business covering oil & gas, power, industrial, infrastructure, with operations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia. They are seeking for a Quality Control Manager for Middle East, Africa and South East Asia
Description
Our client is now look for a new created position of Quality Control Manager to work across all the division of the business in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. The task in hand is the ensure that the business is provide the same level of service/ materials to all clients across the region. You will be responsible for Quality Control standards and specifications and to maintain process optimization within the assigned region, while leading & building an effective team driving QC excellence both in received and departed products.
You will need to write the quality control and procedure manuals, so experience in this area is essential.
In addition to the technical experience, the candidate must possess several desired soft skills
that will allow them to integrate in to a multicultural environment consisting of diverse people and methods of working. More importantly, the candidate must have a resilient yet respectful personality and manner, which will enable them to exact influence in making work-related decisions despite consistent pushback.

The role will be quite demanding, so please ensure you have all of the below before applying to find out more:
Minimum 10 years Quality Control management experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or technical diploma
Ability to read and interpret specifications drawings, to create an/or fill out inspection reports
Experience in compiling job specific Quality Control plans and data packs
Previous experience in working with steel (steel fabrication, scaffolding, generators, pressure vessels)/manufacturing experience/construction/ Aviation
Welding knowledge or experience
Previous QC auditing exposure
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Working knowledge of all ISO standards and certifications (9001, 14001, 18001 etc.)
Ability to travel to other hubs of operation: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore
