Job brief: If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Candidate is required to work for 20 hours a week (5 days a week)
Male or Female Candidates with BSc IT background
Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 Years’ Experience in the Digital Marketing and IT field.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Hosting, C Panel, Domain access and website services to ensure no bugs and malware attacks are found on the website.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, Key Word Optimisation, Website Ranking and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence with industry trends.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Prepare monthly Social Media Reports.
Brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies in line with the Director’s Vision.
Design Artwork for Content Strategy as per Brand Guidelines as well as prepare Monthly / Quarterly Content Calendars with Photoshop or Illustrator or Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Closely with the SEO team for Key Word Planning for Optimum Ranking and reverse SEO along with onsite and offsite optimisation.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to maintain Online Reputation Management.
Design, Strategize, Plan and Implement Email Marketing Campaigns for Group Companies and implement Email nurturing campaigns through Mail Chimp and Email Automation Tools.
Head Down to occasional company Events and capture Content Stories for social updates.
Knowledge of IT Hardware, troubleshooting, and software troubleshooting to assist with our daily IT requirements.

Requirements:
BS/MS degree in Marketing, Journalism or BSc IT.
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Basic Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Managing Company Social Media Profiles like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, Designing Insta & Facebook Stories.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
