Deputy Finance Manager

A Leading FMCG Group in UAE is looking for Deputy Finance Manager to be responsible for improving strategic, financial and operational decision-making across the company, grow the organization through business process improvements, new systems implementation, compliance, auditing and financial reporting.
The Position is based in Dubai and reporting to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory accounting & revenue recognition.
2. Monitoring and managing working capital and cash flow.
3. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecast and report variances to the Management.
4. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
5. Support month end and year end closing of accounts including finalization of Yearly Accounts.
6. Negotiation with Banks for New Facilities.
7. Tax filing / VAT.
8. Coordinating with Internal and External Audit.
9. Ensuring internal control and over financial transactions and financial reporting.
10. Implementing appropriate internal control and policies to run the business efficiently.
المهارات
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
· Degree in Commerce / Accountancy / Finance with CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA Qualification (Anyone Auditing Qualification is a must).
· Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in managerial role.
· Experience with Oracle E Business Suite is preferred.
· Experience in consumer goods / retail / trading industry is an added advantage.
· Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
