Clinical Product Specialist (Surgical/OR)

الوصف الوظيفي
As a Clinical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the marketing, clinical sales, clinical support, customer service and business partnering with clients within the Middle East/ Africa region. You will be responsible for the commercial business of the department with regards to sales, revenue and profitability.
The role:
- Implement the corporate product marketing strategies in assigned region for operating tables and accessories
- Acquire a deep understanding of the local markets to influence and adapt corporate product and marketing strategies and create a database about competitive products and market trends
- Develop and tailor local clinical marketing initiatives and scientific and clinical product-related presentations to support regional sales objectives
- Provide clinical expertise and support for operating tables/ accessories to help grow revenue and profitability
- Develop systematic training programs and workshops to enhance skills of distributors and sales teams in presenting the operating tables and their accessories
- Travel across assigned regions to support the distributors in demonstrations to the end users
- Collaborate with the clinical application specialists and doctors in hospitals to establish rapport and help them develop a clear understanding and appreciation of various products
المهارات
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a hospital environment, in OR and/ or ICU
- Experience in medical devices is preferred
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Other language skills preferred (Arabic, French, etc.)
- Willing to work and travel independently for extended periods in the assigned region
