الوصف الوظيفي Stakeholder management, e.g. business partners, media, government etc.; Assess, select and manage third party relationships, ensuring a timely and accurate project delivery process; Ensure compliance with annual communications plan(s), e.g. announcement copies including press releases, speeches, events, awards and conferences; Develop and lead online strategy for corporate publications across social media platforms; Develop, implement and consistently manage an integrated social media strategy; Responsible for corporate website(s); Advocate and support CSR initiatives, assist where required; Undertake continuous analysis of latest relevant market developments and activities to guarantee high quality and ‘one step ahead’ communications; Needs analysis: Lead the creation, design and publication of all marketing materials such as corporate brochures, annual reports, newsletters, flyers etc.; Evaluate overall effectiveness of corporate communications function; develop added value data-based reporting; Ensure efficient and effective internal communication levels e.g. all relevant departments are kept informed of objectives, guidelines and branding standards; Lead selection of third-party agents actively managing design needs to ensure full understanding of corporate design guidelines and business requirements are met; Set an example of best practice for the wider team advocating internal policies, workflows and collaboration. Planning and budgeting Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/PR programs and its activities (monitor process, assure adherence within budget(s), and evaluate department performance); Recommend short and long-term communications goals and objectives to COO; Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the department function; Brand management: Manage presentation and implementation of corporate brands inc. related designs internally & externally; Develop database and protocol of standardized and consistent documentation for corporate communications, keeping all up to date; Manage and evaluate content copy, layout and design of corporate presentations. المهارات Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in PR and/or marketing agency in a senior position with strategic and budgetary responsibility; Excellent communication and project management skills; Experience in leading and developing a small team; Experience with website and social media management; Excellent command of English is a must. Additional languages are of an advantage; Thorough knowledge of B2B and B2G relationships. Ability to prioritize; Strategically minded; Motivating people management skills; Desire to work and travel to African markets, if needed; Self-starter and quick in execution; Copy editor aptitude; Results-driven; Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines; Willing to work overtime as necessary; A creative and outgoing personality; Diplomacy and confidentiality; Interest/affinity for renewable energy topics. تفاصيل الوظيفة |
