الوصف الوظيفي
· Ensure the visual merchandising standards are following and implemented across all
stores
· Schedule monthly / Biweekly store visit
· Display merchandise with visual appeals to attract customers
· Integrate brand images in visual presentations throughout the stores
· Innovate and implement seasonal merchandising presentations
· Initiate unique visual presentations.
· Response to the daily stores requests and inquires
· Ensure displaying of fast-selling items
· Coordinate with stores manager on key visual merchandising efforts
· Design and implement key visual elements including styling of bust forms, leg forms
and Henry hangers.
· Ensure compliance of brand standards in visual merchandising efforts.
· Ensure that marketing calendar is reflected on the store window on time.
· Instructing sales associates on how goods should be displayed
· Coordinate with BTL agency on the production deadlines and material
· Create the POs monthly
· Track ROI for marketing campaigns
· Work on the CRM platform
· Implement a communications strategy in partnership with various stakeholders to
drive brand awareness, generate new leads, grow sales and build customer loyalty
· Create a detailed digital and inbound marketing plan defining the digital channel for
each of our major market
· Develop PR events in partnership with our vendors.
· Create monthly campaign job order and share it with the agency
· Follow up with the agency on pending tasks
· Create monthly photo report and newsletter
· Maintain relationship with mall management
المهارات
- Experience from retail industry is a must.
- Fluency in Arabic/ English langugate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail with similar experience is a must.
