Vice Principal

Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for Qualified and experienced Vice Principal who demonstrates high levels of turnaround leadership competencies focusing on goals and focus areas. Prior exposure working with reputed British curriculum schools in UAE with knowledge of DSIB frameworks is a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Upholding the vision & mission of the school and to support the Principal to take the school to the next level.
The day-to-day management of the whole school.
The managerial responsibilities including Curriculum, Inclusion, Pastoral Care, Professional Development, extracurricular activities, personnel management.
Align instructions to assessments and standards
Develop and deploy a team of instructional leaders
Gain support of key influencers
Help staff understand and embrace need for change
Prioritize goals and focus areas in line with agreed targets.
Make action plans based on data
Establish and communicate a clear vision
Monitor and improve instructional quality.
Requirements: • Post Graduate with Masters in education, educational leadership, management and administration • A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in education, and over 5+ years in education leadership role in a British curriculum school • Demonstrated leadership qualities balanced with strong interpersonal skills • Team management • • Strong decision-making skills
