VxFlex Product Technologist

Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Be the Technical interface between product engineering and the Dell EMC field, partners and customers
Driving engagement with and providing technical and thought leadership to the Dell EMC, and partner fields
Driving revenue and customer satisfaction for the VxFlex family offerings through proactive engagement with Sales, Presales and Channel teams
Field Evangelism as VxFlex family Technologist SMEs (Events, Roadshows, EBCs, etc)
Creation of technical customer facing collateral (Solution briefs, Whitepapers, Blogs, Demos, etc)
Supporting large strategic opportunities, including architectural and application design consulting for complex deployments
Developing and delivering Dell EMC VxFlex Family boot camps
Conducting Feedback sessions with Product Management and Engineering
Fostering and expanding Dell EMCs relationships with Customer Business and Technical Decision Makers
Continuously nurture and expand sales, business, technology, and competitive readiness
Mentorship of future and new PTT team members
Actively participate in internal Dell EMC technical communities and in the broader industry through events, community gatherings and more.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 5 years Industry experience
Deep knowledge in HCI architectures (i.e. VxFlex, VSAN, Nutanix, S2D)
Exemplary and demonstrable written communication and verbal presentation skills
Strong knowledge of networking
Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud and/or kubernetes (GKS, AKS, PKS) workloads
Must have the ability to self-manage and motivate ideal candidates will be accustomed working remotely without direct supervision
Must be able to travel 50%
Desirable Requirements:

4 year degree in a related field
Experience presenting at the Executive level
Strong experience working in either the Presales, Tech Marketing, or Product Management fields
Deep knowledge in the VxFlex family of products
Deep knowledge in Google Anthos and GKS
Deep knowledge on SAP workload requirements
