Key Responsibilities
With the EMEA Presales Graduate Program, Dell Technologies is interested in bringing onboard fresh graduates who are comfortable taking accountability and can adapt easily to meet the needs of our rapidly evolving business. The ideal trainee is customer focused, results driven, innovative, works well on a team, and acts with integrity. Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
Assists with development of technical strategies to deliver Dell Technologies solutions that support customer business objectives
Supports analysis of customers business objectives. Gathers information from customers that enable the presales team to devise a proposed solution
Assists with the development of the technical aspects of sales campaigns
Configures and documents Dell Technologies software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives
Completes pre-site qualification & documentation quickly & accurately
Ensures proposed solutions meet the needs and functional requirements of the customer
Skilled in presales operations processes, systems and tools such as Direct Express, Solution Validation Center, Qualification process, etc
Essential Requirements
Academic University degree (Bachelor/Master), graduating during the last 0-3 years from a university recognized by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education
Fluency in English
General knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
Experience as a network or systems administrator would be an advantage
General knowledge of Dell Technologies storage technology and products
High drive and ambition
