Senior Manager - CRM & Data

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading technology company as they look for a Senior Manager - CRM & Data to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone who has significant exposure in the GCC region and experience in executing multi-channel digital CRM campaigns.

As a Senior Manager - CRM & Data, you will:

- Develop and execute CRM & Loyalty strategic initiatives across all product divisions
- Drive business growth through key digital channels (website, email, apps, push notifications, media, etc.)
- Collaborate and work closely with key internal and external (e.g. partner agencies) to develop CRM campaigns / programs
- Drive increased engagement and reduce churn through digital platforms through optimum user experience in all touchpoints
- Gather relevant data, generate reports, and provide recommendations based on key insights
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
- At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role or capacity
- Proven experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Retention in a multinational company
- Demonstrated experience in executing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
