الوصف الوظيفي Monitor, track and report property projects execution. This includes following and reporting the projects progress, cost analysis, handle communication with internal and external stakeholder. Generate periodical progress reports for project then share it with management and project stakeholders for proper project tracking and to stand on any issues that might hinder the project continuity or successful completion Control assigned projects scope in terms of maintaining project spend within the set budget/approved quote to achieve project effectiveness as well identify potential saves. Manage all paperwork’s and administrative works related to projects planning, execution and Closing. Liaise with the department team to collect projects status and continually communicate updates to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and on track regarding projects progress Manage final invoices GRs and ensure the cycle is properly finalized before the closing date of each month for proper accounting handling. Coordination with our contractor to perform different kind of construction work in our stores as needed. Ensure proper documentation and archiving of projects closing documents. Support in other Property Management activities e.g. leasing administration.
