POSITION: Production Supervisor
SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Labeling Contractor -
WORK LOCATION: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately available (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Filipino/Indian/Pakistani
Male, 40 years and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business Management is preferred or any related experience
At least 3 years of experience in leading a production team
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Advanced understanding of production functions and processes, MSI products, MOP
Excellent communication, coaching, leadership and good business judgment skills
Physically fit
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure consistent quality of products and good working environment
Manage employees and delegate work
Provide training and support to the team
Participate in staff planning, interviewing and selection, and performance evaluations
Prepare reports
Identify solutions to improve service to our customers and to pinpoint process improvements
Business travel may be required
