الوصف الوظيفي Proactively manage the development and delivery of Brand Plans into agreed Retail Accounts. Work with external parties (event agency, advertising agency, production house, etc.) for preparing promotion materials, bespoke visibility and all other localize materials for the retail trade Effectively plan, source manage and implement all GWPs retail POS and VAPs in the region Deliver best in class Brand Activation, Planograming and Merchandising across all consumer touch points thru distributors team. Implement merchandising / display in line with Brand Guidelines. Manage assigned marketing budget for its effective utilization and undertake course-correction if required. Communicate promotional mechanics and objectives to the BDMs and Supply Chain sufficiently in advance so that effective sell in can be executed. Develop and maintain healthy relationship with key accounts and distributors المهارات Minimum 5-6 years relevant sales & marketing experience, preferably trade marketing experience in beer / wine & spirit industry Good working knowledge of on-trade business Managing Agency Experience Proven track record of managing promotional activity and a good understanding of the brand/marketing function Creative, energetic, and proactive individual with strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Strong relationship management skills Good presentation, communication, analytical and negotiation skills Strong English skills (written/spoken) are mandatory Good command of MS Office تفاصيل الوظيفة |
