Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring that food products meet standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities. To develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors. Train quality assurance employees and oversee the production processes
Reporting to: Managing Director
Responsibilities
Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials and finished products.
Prepares reports on each test preformed for measuring quality, quantity and composition.
Assist in setting quality standards and ensure that production is maintained at such standards
Responsible for maintaining the long-term continuity of production and service quality.
Perform quality control analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes.
Maintain the corporate quality manual and quality records.
Review and report the principle causes of quality loss and non-conformance
Ensure all check sheets are correctly completed and all non-compliance found have had the correct action taken and signed off
Arrange, coordinate and participate in external quality audits
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Monitor risk management activities
To report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related degree
Minimum 5+ years experience
At least 2+ years in a similar position within Restaurants/ Hotel Companies
Should have a valid UAE driving license
Open to Lebanese nationals in UAE now – male & female
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is between 8k – 10k AED per month total package
