• Share of Shelf – MT and GT
• Distribution by listing & MSL check

• E-Commerce customer meeting and negotiation along with Sales Team
• Monitor price indexing for top retailer / item – MT & GT
• Follow up with production on promotion availability as per retailer calendar plan .
• Prepare & Track listing fees utilisation to maximise Distribution, Sales & ROI
Activation
• Promotion planning along with the Category Managers and Demand Planner .
• ROI by retailer and category vs promo plan on all key activations .
• POSM procurement and deployment across Retail and Souk channels for both primary and secondary .
• Manage secondary budget set for the category & analyse investments, channelize investments based on ROI
• Secondary Activation Budgets and number of display monitoring
• Leaflet Monitoring top 10 chains
• Gondola Head monitoring with permanent merchandiser stores
Sales Tools and Assessments :-
• Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives & revenue targets – Sales and Margins to be continuously reviewed to make counter plans based on market situation
• Updating training manuals like the Tool Books for the Sales Team
• Develop & design planogram with Category Managers
• Weekly market visits to give feedback to the sales team on executions
• Conduct marketing surveys on new product concept & provide necessary information required for NPD to Category Managers
