Client Servicing Assistant

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer queries.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional skills.
Responsibilities
* Entering data in the system for making Quotations.
* Promptly answering to client inquiries and continues to follow up on it until it is closed.
* Keeping proper records for the inquiries received from the client.
* Meeting the deadlines for the work assign by the line manager.
* Sourcing items internationally and locally based on the client brief under the supervision of the line manager.
* Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
* Handling the confirm orders in coordination with logistics team till they are delivered to the client.
* Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

Requirements

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Proactive with analytical skills.
Self-motivated to get the job done.
Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication skills
