Transguard is now looking to hire a team leader for Recruitment to lead and support full life cycle recruitment and related activities. The job holder will be in charge of end to end recruitment activities and will come from a manpower consultancy/ construction/hospitality background with a knack of doing bulk recruitment in a fast paced work environment. The role will also encompass liaison with PRO’s and other related departments/ individuals for the smooth operation of the recruitment life cycle. Other responsibilities include, Managing the process from taking the vacancy request to advertising, screening, selection and confirming new starters. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines. Time management Self-driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation Be a key player and driver in the team to execute requirements on-time Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long lasting relationships *Male Arabic candidates will be given preference* Are you an enthusiastic, proactive recruiter with natural leadership skills and ability work and meet the deadlines?
