HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Talent.
Are you a dynamic, ambitious career driven experienced HRBP? Would you like to work for one of the world’s leading Internet companies in their Dubai office.
Our client is looking for an outstanding experienced HRBP to add value, we are looking for this person to focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Growth & Development and Talent Management.
You will partner within this well established business (5000 employees plus), whilst working within a new heavily funded division you willl get the chance to define, develop and execute your own stratgeies and policies within an international market leader, we are not simply looking for executors.
What is required?
Experience of having challenging conversations with senior stake holders, assisting and guiding first time managers, the agility to work within a high growth environment, working within highly skilled employees and handling their concerns.  Following the core beliefs of the company.

Knowledge/skills required;
Must have worked in a commercial ambiguous environment- able to adapt to business needs
Proven interest and experience with agile working /lean methodology
Proven experience in a HRBP role with experience driving the HR agenda with Business leaders.

As the range of duties is wide the ability to prioritise effectively is essential.
Independent self-starter as well as well-organised to be able to manage the work-load
Team Player & ability to get on with staff at all levels
Ability to work under pressure in a fast growing organisation - proven interest in tech/digital environment
CIPD qualified/ degree desirable or equivalent work experience
Be on the ascent in your career, with pots of ambition, resilience and drive
