For a live RPO, we are currently looking for a very strong senior recruitment consultant, with excellent communication skills, who can hit the ground running.
Brief Description of Duties:
· Will be the normal 360 Recruiting; client facing, dealing with CEO’s/CTOs;
· Sourcing and screening candidates. You will be assigned a business unit to service independently, from the sourcing of candidates to the offer stage
· The senior recruitment consultant will be a team oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. S/he will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers/area to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high calibre candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioural and competency based interviewing, monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
· Interviewing candidates along with the client
· Recruitment: Develop a working knowledge of departments in order to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture. Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions.
· Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.
· Work with department administrators to discuss changing needs and recommend action plans.
· Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable. Work within ATS to screen resumes for dissemination to departments. Review and approve internal transactions occurring for your designated area. Other duties as assigned.
· Client-facing role: Will be in close contact with the client and directly support their staffing needs

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business. Masters is a plus
· Minimum five (5) years of full-time experience working in a high-volume recruitment area conducting all facets of recruitment.
· Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, especially tech positions.
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) and experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
· Management/Administration.
· Experience using social media for recruitment purposes.
· Strong personality, able to push back when needed, excellent written and oral communication skills
· Very capable in dealing with pressure and flexible personality
· Able to meet KPIs and deliver three screened candidates a day
· Problem-solver who takes initiative and is always looking to improve processes and identify gaps
· Highly organised and structured
· Independent worker
Familiar with technical and IT terms
