• Identifying new sales leads
• Meet with clients to determine requirements and to define the scope of a project, clarify client’s system specifications, understand work practices and nature of business
• Develop & maintain a bi-monthly report to be shared with Management showcasing details on all existing client meeting, key account mining, opportunities with existing accounts
• Define Project Costing and Timeline and Ensure milestones, goals and deliverable are met within timelines.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Manager Bid submission logistics, arrange conference calls
• Collate the solutions responses and cost for new RFP and work very closely with corporate solutions team
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s performance.
Requirement:
• Minimum 4-6 years of call center experience in UAE
• The candidate should have client manager experience
• Proficient in Arabic
