Responsibilities
Management and development of the sales team, including training and development for Sales Directors, Sales Managers & Property Consultant‘s
Maintaining productivity and standards within the department and ensuring sales team is motivated and focused. • Management and distribution of sales leads
Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships Generating new business and revenue
Managing the Sales administration
Ensuring the department is achieving targeted KPI’s & sales target
Ensuring a strong team morale in team whilst leading by example
Actively going out and creating new sales opportunities as well as generating new clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree Educated
5-10 years in a similar position within or outside UAE in Real estate, Banking, Insurance industry
Familiar with construction language, off plan selling and plan interpretation
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Effective leadership and communication skills
Ability to excel in challenging and high pressure situations
Off plan sales experience in the region is preferred
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively deal with different nationalities
UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage
Ability to demonstrate successful track record
Excellent network of investors
Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
