الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for timely and technically accurate quotations to clients. Conduct sales meetings with prior appointments with customers in U.A.E. Experience in Insulation, Valves, and Ductwork. Work closely with the team members to understand the customer’s requirements and to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. Follow up with sales pipeline till closing the deal. Build and maintain an effective relationship with end customers and business partners. Preparation of technical submittals for projects involving a broad range of products including all kinds of products. Follow up with contractors, consultants to get approvals on submittals. To be an integral part of Sales activities to attain business targets. Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedule. Follow up the payments with our clients. Follow up material delivery to clients and ensure material approvals in the sites. المهارات Sales experience in MEP work and work with contractors. The successful candidate will have industry experience in the UAE HVAC/MEP market. A strong understanding of Sales within the HVAC/MEP industry. Must have strong organization and communication skills and able to work with little or no supervision. Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of words, excel and power-point. Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Ability to manage and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels. Solid know-how of local UAE market, customers, influencers and competitors. Arabic speaking would be an advantage. Qualifications: VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE.
