Client Operation Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Act as liaison between Account Manager and operations/services organization.
Support assigned Account Managers on their Project Order pre-planning requirements for execution, resources, materials, maintenance, logistics, delivery timeframe… in coordination with Production and Operation
Multi-task ongoing activities from multiple people in a fast environment while producing accurate and timely feedbacks on products and services requests.
Develop and retain product and industry knowledge to be used to identify expertise. Commitment to developing knowledge and experience.
Create and maintain the best practice standards for technical operations.
Manage installation technicians, lead technicians, project managers and control system programmers.
Coordinate and participate in projects to design, develop, program, test, install and maintain specialized technical operations.
المهارات
Background in build ups, fit outs, advertisement, events fabrications… is a must.
Proven experience as a Client Operation Manager
Requirements: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Background in technical operation/manufacturing
Excellent organizational skills
Project Planning / Project Management
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work well with a team
