OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER

Job Description and Requirements
we are looking to recruit an offshore Installation Manager. Reporting to the Field Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, cost effective, environmentally compliant and effective operational performance and integrity of the appointed offshore installation. Manage the facilities ad personnel in order to deliver hydrocarbon exports in accordance with industry and company mandated standards and requirements. Act as the primary contact for the assigned installation nd accountable for all activities on the asset
The successful candidate must hold a degree or diploma in a technical engineering discipline, have a Management of Major Emergencies/Crisis Management Certification have 15+ years of experience in Offshore Operations / Maintenance / Engineering Sound technical knowledge of the facilities, systems, equipment and processes Complete knowledge of the facility support service requirements as well as technical knowledge regarding the deliver ability of the service Strong HSE background and regulatory knowledge regarding the implementation and/or compliance with the various policies and standards .Awareness of legislative, statutory requirements relevant to the Installation Experience in managing a large workforce of 200 (two hundred) + personnel and experience in managing multi functional groups and multi-national teams
