Quest Search and Selection is working with a multinational conglomerate in the Middle East looking for a Sales Director to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone who has strong networks within the GCC and with proven experience in driving sales growth strategies in the region.
As a Sales Director, you will:
- Set direction in developing strategic plans and executions to achieve sales and financial targets
- Identify and recommend best sales approach to manage competition
- Ensure annual targets are met through strategies, action plans, and tactics
- Manage a large Sales team (initially in the UAE region); work closely and provide support to the sales managers and sales engineers
- Regularly prepare reports on performance and projections
- Keep abreast with customer behavior trends and industry best practices
- Generate potential new business through existing and potential customers/client networks
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Business, or related field
- Extensive experience in Aftersales / Aftermarket division a must
- At least 8 years’ similar experience handling Heating, Cooling, Air Handling, and Controls (HVAC) and Controls Fire & Security (CF&S;) Service portfolio
- Significant experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Director, managing key accounts, in the GCC region
- Excellent presentation, people management, and business development skills
- Senior level verbal and written communication skills
- Results driven and thrives under pressure
- With valid UAE license
